This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every visitor, registered user, paid subscriber, creator, business customer, and integration partner of StelaHome. It supplements the Terms of Service.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws — including the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Housing Act, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and applicable consumer-protection statutes (such as Massachusetts G.L. c. 93A and New York General Business Law §§ 349 and 350).
You may not, directly or indirectly: (a) use any StelaHome content for any purpose authorized under FCRA § 1681b, including credit, insurance, employment, tenant screening, or housing-eligibility decisions; (b) use any output to make a decision that would treat any individual differently on the basis of a class protected by the Fair Housing Act or any state or local equivalent; (c) scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract content using automated tools without our prior written consent; (d) circumvent paywalls, gated sections, rate limits, share-link controls, or technical access restrictions; (e) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any StelaHome software except where the law expressly permits; (f) introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Platform’s availability or integrity; (g) use the Platform to defame, harass, threaten, or harm another person; (h) submit false or fraudulent information; (i) impersonate another person or business; (j) infringe any third-party intellectual-property right; (k) engage in coordinated behavior that manipulates ratings, sessions, payouts, or any other Platform metric.
You may not resell, license, sublicense, syndicate, repackage, frame, or commercially redistribute StelaHome content without an express written agreement. You may share an individual report view link with another person for that person’s own use; you may not aggregate multiple reports for distribution as a derivative product.
Programmatic access to StelaHome endpoints, including the Stela Fix Oracle pricing API and any inspector-facing surface, is governed by a separate business agreement and the rate limits and authentication requirements documented there. Unauthorized programmatic access is a violation of this policy.
Creators on Stela Fix must follow the Creator Agreement and the Community Guidelines. Failure to follow safety review, original-authorship, attribution, and accuracy standards may result in revision requests, content removal, royalty hold, suspension, or permanent ban.
Report suspected misuse to abuse@stelahome.com. Provide as much detail as you safely can, including URLs, timestamps, account identifiers, and any documentation. We investigate reports promptly. We may share information with law-enforcement agencies where required by law or where we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to prevent harm.
StelaHome may, in its sole discretion: warn an account; throttle or suspend access; revoke or rotate share links; remove content; terminate accounts; pursue contractual remedies; recover damages; and take any action permitted by law. We may take these actions without prior notice where waiting would risk harm.
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of any specific use governs that use. Material changes are noted in the change log on this page.
